Primal Vader by Christopher-Stoll Primal Vader by Christopher-Stoll
My first piece redesigning a futuristic character back to the stone age!

The war-chief Vader wields searing iron rods pulled from the lava flows beneath his feet and cuts down his enemies without mercy. The last shaman of a long dead faith, he walks unburnt through his ever shifting kingdom or cider, ash, and bone. Vader leads his merciless legions against the rebellious hill tribes, and though some believe he was once a kind and gentle man it seems that whatever remains is consumed by darkness and hate.
Rumors spread  that he once lost his wife and children under terrible circumstances and reforged himself in grief... but these are stories for another time.
___________________
Initially I had planned to have him in a more complicated armor with ash and charred bone to form the Vader shape. I also intended to have storm troopers following him covered in white ash, but I scratched the idea early on in favor of a more streamlined version of just Vader.

PLEASE LEAVE SUGGESTIONS FOR OTHER CHARACTERS OR PRIMAL IDEAS IN THE COMMENTS, I COULD USE YOUR ADVICE :D (Big Grin)

I think the description is messed up. It's the exact same one for Master Chief. Also, am I the only one that noticed that?

Oops! It is a mistake! D: When I retyped them I swapped the two by accident.
Good catch! :)

THIS!

Fantastic concept executed brilliantly. You've got me so intrigued; being a fan of Star Wars I can already imagine so much about this character...but there's so much more I want to know at the same time! :eager:

If you're after suggestions for others...

:bulletpurple: EMPEROR - Expand this primal Star Wars thing you've got going on! Have you seen the TV show Vikings? I can picture the Emperor being somewhat like the seer/shaman from that.
:bulletpurple: MASTER CHIEF - You can recycle your bone armour idea for the hero of Halo, perhaps.
:bulletpurple: THE DOCTOR - Stone age TARDIS?
:bulletpurple: DALEKS - ...while we're on that subject.
:bulletpurple: BUZZ LIGHTYEAR - 'cause it would be funny
:bulletpurple: TERMINATOR - either "the" Terminator (Arnie) or any of the other T-series assassin cyborgs.
:bulletpurple: QUEEN AMIDALA - Would love to see how you translate the culture/architecture of the Naboo into a Stone Age setting.

Thanks! I'm so glad you like them. Even if you don't end up using specifically those ideas, they might spark something else which you wouldn't have otherwise thought of...either way I can't wait to see what else you come up with!

The more I see this piece, the more I love it. Well done, once again. =D
